The registration details for the Rincón de la Victoria accommodation will be published once validated. Its exact address is disclosed only to confirmed guests for security reasons.

3. Purpose and acceptance

This website provides accommodation information, availability searches, booking, Stripe payment and booking management. Booking also requires express acceptance of the booking terms and house rules.

4. Information, availability and prices

Availability is checked server-side before payment. A contract is confirmed only after Stripe validates payment and the booking is shown as confirmed. Displayed prices include the items in the price breakdown and applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website content may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Unauthorised access, fraudulent bookings, impersonation, malicious code and abuse of payment or availability systems are prohibited.

6. Third parties and liability

Necessary third-party services may be used for payments, security, communications and identity checks. Temporary downtime may occur. Nothing in this notice restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
